The boxes we offer contain pre-selected items. Customisation maybe allowed in the near future.
The earliest that we accept orders will be 2 weeks before the delivery date.
Minimally we will need 3 working days order notice to process the order.
If products are not delivered as a result of the recipient’s unavailability or due to inaccurate delivery information, the purchaser will be required to meet all additional delivery charges of SGD $25.
If delivery cannot be made on the same working day or the next working day, there will be a requirement to replace your entire order in order to ensure the highest quality products are delivered. The replacement will be charged at a 30% discount off the original price of the goods.
We charge a flat fee of SGD$25 for delivery in Singapore.
