Our Story

It all started with gifting friends and family fresh fruits from wholesalers. To find the perfect box, The Orange Box was created to reinvent the way we gift. We wanted to create the best unboxing experience for anyone receiving our boxes.

You can say it is a picnic in a box.

Thinking Out Of The Box

No stranger to gifting and receiving gifts herself, our founder Mrs Nana Au-Chua is a well-known society maven who has been managing her family business and her own party planning outfit for years.

Every year, she plans large-scale parties on special occasions, intimate luncheons with friends and birthday parties for her own children. More than the themes, food and entertainment at her parties, she finds the most joy in putting together unique gifts for her guests and friends – which she curates herself.

What started as a passion and hobby soon led to her being consulted by friends and family on gifting ideas and trends. Using the contacts she had built up through her years of party planning and gifting, she launched The Orange Box in 2020. “I love giving gifts more than receiving them,” she says with a sparkle in her eye. “I’m always excited when I discuss ideas with my clients, and it gives me so much satisfaction when I finally deliver the orders!”

With concierge advisory, stylish packaging, curated gifts and hassle-free delivery as the cornerstones of The Orange Box, Mrs Au-Chua is delighted to share her expertise and knowledge with clients as she assists in their gifting needs. “We want to let everyone enjoy the process of giving again!”
